Section 151
Inheritance in authority should be properly
(1) Before registering the inheritance, the court shall check whether the inheritance has been duly completed in accordance with this paragraph and if it is found to be duly registered, it shall be registered.
(2) If it is found that the succession has been completed during the examination according to sub-section (1), the court shall be given three days to bring the due process.
(3) If the succession register filed in accordance with sub-section (2) is completed within the time limit, the court shall register such succession register.
